The Resistance Knob
The Spinner® Sport includes a very straight forward resistance knob. You just turn the dial clockwise or anti-clockwise in order to alter your resistance settings – how easy is that?
The Flywheel
Spinning® exercise bikes have a weighted flywheel that generates momentum and keeps the pedals moving. What this means in reality is that you get a very similar sensation to riding a bike on the road and equates to a zero-impact workout AND most importantly a fluid pedal stroke.
